New HP is a Winner!

I really researched computers, and I have purchased the HP Envy for many years. However, I wanted to upgrade my RAM and storage, so I went with this computer, and it did not disappoint. It's lightning fast, and I feels smooth to the touch on the keyboard, although I have an 'old-fashioned' round key keyboard. I added extra USB ports, for my headset and mouse with more to spare. The backlit keyboard is clear and bright. I couldn't be happier with it.

My husband loves this laptop. I bought a new laptop for my husband from Best Buy. I bought him an Asus. It’s supposed to be one of the top makers of computers and boards.
Well unfortunately it died after 8 days!? Completely dead! Wow! And what a hassle returning it!
When we got home, I opened my trusty Amazon app and searched laptops with the highest ratings.
This HP came up, I started reading the reviews and everything sounded great. When it arrived y husband was so happy to see how big it is. What a beautiful clear picture on the screen and set up was a breeze! It’s a big laptop but it’s portable, we take it with when we travel. The battery seems o last a long time and its a great quality product for the money. I love the numeric keys on the right side, they’re so handy. My husband is very happy with it and I am thrilled that it’s working great and he’s happy with it.

I purchased the end of August. It was delivered beginning of September. I didn’t start using it until mid October when my uv printer arrived. A month later, I started having issues with the laptop restarting. I reached out to amazon for a refund or return/replacement but was outside of the window. I was told I needed to go through the seller since they were a third party. The sent a message to seller to respond. I missed the response email because I didn’t know how they would be reaching out. I recently responded to the email with pictures of the issues. It went from restarting itself in the middle of printing to having a boot issue, which left me unable to operate my uv printer, to another error code that left me unable to operate my uv printer. I am still waiting on a reply from the seller. DO NOT, i mean, DO NOT purchase this laptop. It barely lasted a month. I would not purchase from the seller again.
Edited: I contacted HP to help with the issues. After giving them the serial number, I was told the the laptop had been manipulated which voids the warranty. They asked for the specs. I gave them the specs that were listed on the listing and was told that the laptop was designed for 8GB RAM and 500GB SSD. The listing stated 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD. That was the reason for the boot issues. I had only used about 100GB or less of space when the issues started. I was able to return the laptop after I filed a complaint with Amazon. The seller never responded back after I sent pictures, so I added pictures of the two codes that were given by the laptop in the packaging box. The laptop was barely used because it was barely useable. They only refunded 40% of what I paid and they have a still brand new laptop.
You are buying a HP laptop but not an original. It has been modified by this third party seller. I have no idea why it’s showing at the top as if you are purchasing from HP. It even says visit store.
