I got this tablet for my son’s birthday, and within less than a month it completely stopped working. The quality is terrible, even for a children’s tablet and even for the price.
We never take the case off, and my son barely touches it. Usually we just turn it on and set it down for him to watch — he doesn’t carry it around or handle it roughly. It was never dropped, thrown, or exposed to water. There is absolutely no reason why it should have stopped working.
Even before it died, the tablet constantly lagged, froze, and ran so slowly that it was frustrating to use. The software is awful, the performance is weak, and the volume is terrible — way too low, and the speakers sound cheap. Setup was also a hassle — I had to change a few settings, and even that took forever.
One day it just wouldn’t charge. I tried multiple chargers, including brand-new ones, and nothing made a difference. It simply would not turn on again.
I even purchased the two-year protection plan, thinking I might need it maybe a year or a year and a half in — at the very worst. Honestly, I didn’t think I would need to use it at all because we’re the only ones who really handle it. But nope — less than a month. That’s all it lasted.
You get what you pay for — but you really don’t with this. We paid around $40 plus the $15 protection plan, and it’s not even half-decent. I’ve had far better tablets for the same price. This one is just not worth it.
Thankfully we have the protection plan, but we never expected to use it right away. For something that was supposed to be a gift for our child, this has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The tablet arrived well protected and in good condition. The color is just as shown, a nice deep pink. The case feels sturdy and covers the edges well. Meh. It’s slowww and that’s my main issue. It works fine, but it isn’t for those without patience. I’ve played Netflix on it, and yes, you can lock the touch screen, but it’s easy for toddler or kid to exit that mode…and when they do, you gotta go back into whatever they were watching or doing and THAT is what is slow sometimes. For $30-$40 or whatever I paid for it, I guess I won’t complain much. The games that come on it work smoothly and aren’t glitchy. You can download some stuff, but of course it doesn’t have a large amount of space. Connects to wifi, and my phone’s hotspot. Screen visual quality is so-so, as expected for the price and item. Good for littles, especially with how rough they can be. Charge lasts a pretty long time.

I waited a couple months to write a review It works well for my 4yr old. He can navigate it very well. It took a few hours with set up and installing all the apps you want on it. I'm glad I charged and set up before I gave it to him for his birthday otherwise would be very impatient and mad that it wasn't able to be played right away. About a week after not being able to return the volume down button no longer works, so in order to turn it down I have to go into settings to do so. Besides that happy with it, 3 stars due to small storage, takes a bit to load and or lag and volume button. Otherwise good value for your money, looks cute and is very durable. Glad he has his own device and leaves mine alone. Just make sure you have apps that can be played offline or Hotspot when out and about.
