I was skeptical at first because of all the negative reviews but i don’t regret buying it great powerful pc you can play any game on ultra settings this is my first gaming pc ever switched over from console and i would definitely recommend to buy when on sale can handle any game great for flight sim or gta five m i plan to add the 9800x3d in future

Called computer repair after talking with them. They said it it was probably a bigger issue than updating the motherboard. It wouldn’t boot up. I returned this product. Unfortunately, it was a Christmas present.This should not be the case when buying a prebuilt, it should be plug and play. I am disappointed that the provider didn’t test this before shipping, forcing my son to troubleshoot and strip the PC over a few hours. Be warned that you may get a PC with this same issue.

But the first few days with it were... An adventure. Strange behavior, freeze ups, slow responses, and freakishly invasive Microsoft bloatware. I still get a weird freeze-up when watching YouTube videos and it happens randomly - just the kind of computer lunacy that drives you to drink.
