Excellent experience so far! Usually im a samsung guy only! But figured id give this a go because the great price point for a brand new tablet with great specs! Battery life is great outstanding actually! conpact but adequate screensize. fast and convenient load times! Simple split screen view toggle and sound quality is great and The operating system is simple to navigate similar to Samsung, since its brand new The hardware is all up to date with modern apps making everything seamless and smooth. Seems pretty durable also definitely Sturdy but we'll how it fairs when i take it on travel.... Upgraded from my onn brand 7 gen 3 the difference in hardware is night and day dont second guess it, right now this is the best deal for the price point.

This is a decent tablet, every component worked well, the battery life can be more than 8 hours. Compare with Samsung Tablet 7 which is discontinued still has something to catch up, that's why I gave the tablet 4 stars. It is much better that ONN Tab 7 which is basically unusable.
Not too much tablet at 7", this is a bite too large to hold by hands. Overall, I'm satisfied with the tablet.

This tablet is still amazing. I've had it for sometime now and I have no complaints at all. It still works great for reading and light browsing on the web. I have not noticed any stutter unless I have a bunch of tabs open on my browser. Like I stated before remove all non essential apps that you don't plan on using and you'll be fine. The battery is amazing and charges fast and will last for days when not in use. For this price point this is an amazing affordable tablet.

I was honestly surprised with how decent this tablet is. It’s not the strongest piece of equipment but for the price it works quite well. It took a little bit to turn off some of the default apps that I don’t plan on using, but once I got all the non essential apps disabled or uninstalled it seemed quite snappy. Even browsing the web is pretty responsive as long as you don’t have 10+ tabs open.

The main reason I got this tablet was because my old kindles battery started expanding and pushing the screen out so I mainly plan on using it for kindle reading and reading some manga. The screen is bright enough and the letters and images are crisp. Honestly it is a step up from the kindle that I have had since 2020.

I can’t say anything about the battery yet (reason being I’ve only had it for a day) but so far it seems like as long as I don’t have the brightness turned up all the way the battery will be more then sufficient for what I’m asking from the tablet. The WiFi strength is honestly better than my old kindle, that thing struggled to work on 5ghz in my bedroom and this thing works just fine.

If you plan on using this tablet for gaming I would look for something a little more powerful (sad to say the 8 inch size is hard to find with a good cpu/ram) but for a kindle alternative it works amazing.

My wife is always on her phone; either on Facebook or playing games. When Amazon put this on a Black Friday sale, I decided to get her one. My logic was this was less strain on her eyes due to the bigger screen size. It comes with a bunch of bloatware apps and games that I had to sift through. Some I uninstalled and others disabled. It updated the software 3 or 4 times and now works pretty quickly. You can set it up to use gestures for navigation or the 3 navigation icons at the bottom of the screen. I chose the 3 icons to make it the same as her phone. She has only had the tablet for a few days, but she uses it all the times. I think it was a terrific buy and she is happy with her Thanksgiving present. Prior to ordering the tablet, I read every single review I could. I didn't experience anything mentioned in any of the negative reviews I read. It's a great tablet and includes a folio case and the price is fantastic!

Update 12/23/2025: I am now hooked on the jigsaw puzzle game that my wife plays on her new tablet. In the evenings she plays it and when she grows tired of it, hands it to me to play. This tablet was one of the best buys I ever made. For the price I can't recommend it enough. I am sure some of the discerning crowd would find fault with it, but for the money 5 Stars!

Ok, first things first, I’m going to say that anyone who buys this tablet with the expectation of using it as a business device with multiple apps running and multitasking is just asking to be disappointed.

This is a budget, entry level tablet with a price to reflect it. As such, it’s not going to be able to run like an iPad Pro or top of the line pixel tablet.

If you want to use this to run a simple routine of media streaming and light internet browsing you’re going to enjoy using it and will see that it fits your needs.

Personally I only use this as a travel tablet for my kids to have something to consume cartoons on during trips and outings. I use it for the same purposes and it’s been perfect for this specific need in our family.

The screen is fine, the volume and speakers are great as well. I’m not a professional reviewer so I can’t say if the lower resolution and refresh rate make a difference compared to an iPad but it works just fine for our needs and everyone who uses this has been happy with its performance for what we use it for.

Hope this review helps folks make a decision.
